Making an Informed Decision
The Diagnostic Consultation
After the diagnostics records are obtained, Dr. Pourami will study all of the diagnostic information, will provide an accurate appraisal of the problems and will make an individualized treatment plan. We really appreciate both parents being present, as this is the time that the complete case diagnosis is presented along with options to meet your specific situation. Having both parents has a powerful influence on your child’s attitude by seeing that you are sharing in this endeavor. During the conference the estimated length of treatment will be given.
